What we do
- Let owners publish a structured opportunity (type, location, minerals, stage, terms).
- Show GeaSpirit's independent open-data context next to the seller's own claims.
- Hash & timestamp each published version and anchor it on the SOST chain.
- Relay buyer enquiries to the owner — direct, off-platform negotiation.
What GeaSpirit does NOT do
- No money custody — we never hold, escrow or move funds.
- No title transfer — we do not buy, sell or convey any asset.
- No legal-title verification — we do not confirm ownership or permits.
- No investment advice — nothing here is a recommendation.
How it works
Publish
The owner signs in and lists the opportunity with photos and public documents.
Review
GeaSpirit checks basic policy, then publishes & anchors the version's hash on SOST.
Buyer–seller contact
Interested parties send a structured enquiry; we relay it to the owner.
External due diligence
Buyer and seller verify, negotiate and transact entirely off-platform.
