List an Opportunity

Publish a mine, project, concession, tailings, care-and-maintenance restart or JV / farm-in opportunity. GeaSpirit connects owners and buyers — it does not custody funds, transfer title, value assets, or sell on your behalf.

Enter your email — we'll send a one-time secure sign-in link (no password). This identifies you as the owner of the listing.

Step 1 · Opportunity type

What kind of deal is this? Pick one — the description updates below.

Step 2 · Asset & location

Linking ties your listing to an indexed asset. We never overwrite GeaSpirit's data — your information is shown separately as "seller-provided".

Step 3 · Minerals & stage

Step 4 · Description & terms

Step 5 · Photos

JPG, PNG or WebP · up to 10 images · max 10MB each. The first image is the main photo.

Photos are public. Do not upload anything confidential. Drag the list later in your file picker, or remove and re-add to reorder.

Step 6 · Public documents

PDF, DOCX, XLSX or CSV · up to 5 files · max 25MB each. These are public — maps, public reports, summaries only.

We recommend uploading individual files. A single ZIP up to 50MB is also accepted, but individual PDFs are easier for buyers to review. Each file's SHA-256 is computed in your browser and stored with the listing for integrity.

Step 7 · Private documents (on request)

Confidential technical data (drill logs, assays, financials) is never uploaded here. Tick the box to tell buyers a private data room exists; you share it directly after your own NDA / approval.

When ticked, the public fiche shows "Private data room available after seller approval / NDA". GeaSpirit only relays the buyer's enquiry to you by email — it never stores or transmits an attachment. You decide whom to share with, and how.

Step 8 · Contact & declarations

Your contact details are never shown publicly. Buyers send a structured enquiry; we relay it to you by email.
GeaSpirit provides intelligence and connection tools based on open data. It does not provide investment advice, custody funds, transfer title, guarantee ownership, or verify legal/material/geological claims. On-chain anchoring proves a listing's integrity and timestamp only — not ownership or quality. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you publish.

Step 9 · Preview & submit

Review your listing. Submitting queues it for review; once published, the version is hashed and anchored on SOST.
